Leadership That Builds People, Not Platforms

A platform can outlive its usefulness the moment the person behind it steps away. People, formed well, do not.

Paul's instruction to Timothy was never about building an audience. It was about entrusting truth to people who would be able to teach others also — a chain of formation, not a broadcast.

Leadership that produces dependency has produced a following. Leadership that produces capable, sent-out people has produced something closer to what the New Testament calls discipleship.
